Ultralight aircraft

A form of recreation and sport. The pilot flies a lightweight aircraft with a fixed bearing surface, aerodynamically controlled in three degrees of freedom by tilting the control surfaces. The aircraft is equipped with at least one propulsion system ensuring takeoff and ascending flight, it has not more than two seats, while the stalling or minimum speed in the steady flight in a landing configuration does not exceed 65 km/h of calibrated airspeed.
